Returns & Refunds

Thank you for your purchases with InnerPeace.com.my.

Returns & Refund is a guarantee provided by us for every product we sell on InnerPeace.com.my.
When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is significantly not as described or is of low quality, you can contact the us to resolve these problems. You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item with a agreed partial refund.

Eligibility for Refund

Item Not Received: If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (40 days).

You purchased three items from a Seller but only received two not due to separate shipping.

Significantly Not As Described: If the item received is different from the product descriptions.

You received a completely different item. For example, you purchased a book and received a DVD or an empty box.

Ineligible Request for Refund

Your order did not arrive due to wrong shipping address that you provided.

Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of the InnerPeace store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster etc).

The item was materially damaged during shipment.

Return

You can submit refund requests to support@innerpeace.com.my within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (40 days) has expired with the proof of purchase. You will be informed for which item category, you are required to return the item at your expenses and the item must be unused and in its original package. The item will be inspect prior to refundĀ  approval.

If you are approved for a refund, refund amount will be credited to your bank account or agreed method of payment within 14 days.
